Delivery
In a hurry? need a guaranteed next day delivery? or simply a different service to what is offered as 'standard' when you get to the shipping screen? please phone or email us to discuss the options.
Small parcels up to 2kg within the UK are normally sent by Royal Mail 48hr tracked
Large parcels over 2kg are sent by courier - usually DHL.
The following delivery rates are based on the total weight of your order including the packaging. However, parcel size options determined by Royal Mail Small 45x35x16cm, Medium 61x46x46cm, mean that on occasion the dimensions of a relatively light item exceeds a parcel measurement and has to be sent by a larger parcel size attracting a higher tariff.
The shipping cost for your order will clearly display when you proceed to the checkout and enter a delivery address. If you remain uncertain please contact us - we do our best to do the best for you.
Returns
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
