Delivery policy

Winter Holidays delivery; To receive orders by 25th December, for London or Scotland orders should be placed before 3pm on Friday 19th December. For all other areas of the England and Wales orders should placed by 3pm on Tuesday 23rd December. Please note orders placed between 25th December and 1st January inclusive will be despatched in order of receipt from Friday 2nd January.

Small parcels up to 2kg within the UK are normally sent by Royal Mail 48hr tracked
Large parcels over 2kg are sent by courier - usually APC.

The following delivery rates are based on the total weight of your order including the packaging. However, parcel size options determined by Royal Mail Small 45x35x16cm, Medium 61x46x46cm, mean that on occasion the dimensions of a relatively light item exceeds a parcel measurement and has to be sent by a larger parcel size attracting a higher tariff.

The shipping cost for your order will clearly display when you proceed to the checkout and enter a delivery address. If you remain uncertain please contact us - we do our best to do the best for you.

Please note for EU countries you are no longer charged UK vat. You will be contacted by your country's customs if there is a need to charge for local taxes.
